MARINE INSURANCE TECHNICIAN

Due to rapid expansion within the Marine team, a permanent job for a Marine Insurance Technician working on Operations and Broking Support has arisen. This position will be based in our London office where you will join our recently established Marine team. As a Marine Insurance Technician, you will be responsible for an all-encompassing and diverse role.

OFFSHORE QHSSE SUPERINTENDENT

This position based in our Hythe office is for a full-time Offshore QHSE Superintendent for Ambrey Offshore. The Offshore QHSE Superintendent will be responsible for the QHSSE and compliance across all company vessels, projects, and sites. They will be expected to plan, coordinate, and implement effective QHSSE standards, create and manage policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices, in support of the Company’s onshore and offshore activities. The post will report to the Director Offshore.

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum commensurate with experience.

TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT MANAGER

This is a 1 year Fixed-Term position based at the company Head Office in Herefordshire, while we will consider limited flexible working arrangements, this position is predominately for someone to work in-house during normal business hours. Reporting to the Associate Director of Technology & Innovation, the Technology Product Manager will own the technical roadmap for Ambrey working closely with the leadership, operations, commercial and development teams to ensure we are building the right thing in the right way.

Salary: £30-40k per annum.

TRAVEL COORDINATOR

This position based in our Hereford office is for a full-time Travel Coordinator for Ambrey’s in house travel department. The Travel Coordinator will work on the companies in house GDS to book and manage guard travel and have responsibility for assisting in all aspects of itinerary planning, including Visa information, Covid-19 restrictions, and itinerary planning. The post will report to the Travel Manager.

Salary: £21,500 per annum commensurate with experience.

This position based in our Southampton office is for a full-time Travel Consultant for Ambrey’s in house travel department. The Travel Consultant will work on the companies in house GDS to book and manage guard travel and have responsibility for assisting in all aspects of itinerary planning, including Visa information, Covid-19 restrictions, and itinerary planning. The post will report to the Travel Manager.

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum commensurate with experience

HR ASSISTANT

This position based in our Hereford office is for a full-time HR Assistant as part of Ambrey’s People team. The HR Assistant will have a focus on recruitment but also have the ability to operate as a generalised. You will be required to work with the hiring managers across the business to find the best talent and have responsibility for assisting in all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process. You will work closely with all members of the HR team and report to the HRM.

Salary: £21,000 to £23,000 per annum commensurate with experience.
